Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to provide quality services in a timely manner to all of our guest. No shows, late arrivals, & cancellations inconvenience the service provider and other guest. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we respectfully ask for a 48 hour notice in order to fill the vacant spot. Repeat no shows and cancellations will be asked to provide a credit card to keep on file to pay a cancellation fee of 50% for canceling without 48 hour notice and 100% for no shows.
